We offer 45-minute strength and conditioning programming that is sport-specific. Maven's unique approach improves all areas of fitness: cardio, endurance, strength, power, balance, flexibility, agility, mobility, stability, coordination and speed while also working on skills specific to your child’s sport. We have worked with Varsity and JV-level soccer, volleyball, basketball, football, gymnastics, and cheerleading teams.
